After working for eight years at Rochdale Sixth Form College, which was top of the value added league tables for an unprecedented four consecutive years, Tom was recently appointed the executive director of teaching and learning at Pontefract Academies Trust.

Tom has considerable leadership experience having worked as part of leadership teams in both the secondary and FE sector over the past 13 years. His passion lies in the development of teaching strategies that make learning outstanding.
