Lucy Marcovitch

Lucy Marcovitch is an education professional with over 20 years’ experience. She started her career as a primary teacher in Leeds, then moved into resource writing for charities and other organisations. She spent ten years as national curriculum adviser for PSHE at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA), before becoming a subject specialist at the PSHE Association. Now working as a freelance writer and educator, she has a wealth of experience in providing training, curriculum design, teacher guidance and learning materials for all aspects of PSHE and relationships and health education. She has worked with Discovery Education, Premier League Primary Stars, First News and the Association for Citizenship Teaching (ACT). She also sits on the PSHE Advisory group for Oak Academy, and is an expert contractor for Ofqual and the Standards and Testing Agency (STA).
