After seeing so many people leave education due to unhappiness and workload, Kimberley Evans set up ‘Nourish the Workplace’ to make a difference to the profession she loves. Kimberley provides solutions for staff retention and recruitment in the form of survey tools, consultancy and training to help schools all over the world improve and optimise their staff’s wellbeing.

She is one of the co-editors and contributing authors of ‘The Big Book of Whole School Wellbeing’ and is heavily involved in #teacher5aday. She has run well-attended workshops for Optimus Education, PedagooHampshire, SouthernRocks, WomenEd and Resilient Rutland and enjoys guesting on educational podcasts.
