Carole (she/her) is a habitual improver with a passion for driving change in the world of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). With over 12 years’ experience of teaching, training and facilitating spanning both the Education sector and the NHS, Carole has worked on countless projects with young people, parents/carers, educators and healthcare professionals, supporting them to create change and make improvements in their settings, tackling complex barriers to bring about more inclusive environments.

Joining the Equaliteach team earlier this year, Carole remains steadfast in her beliefs around authentic involvement and collaboration being key drivers in bringing about meaningful improvements for those that experience prejudice and discrimination in their lives.
