Lucy Rose is a secondary school teacher and a mother to small, sticky children. She has worked in senior leadership in schools rated from special measures to outstanding.
Lucy co-founded Flexible Teacher Talent with Lindsay Patience out of frustration with the haemorrhaging of talent from the profession. Their research and support for schools has demonstrated that far from being ‘just for mums’, flexible working is one way to help ensure teaching remains a sustainable career for everyone.
There is almost no wide scale research in to the impact of flexible working. Why not become part of the evidence shaping our education system for the better?
