Sheza (she/her) is an experienced educator who is passionate about addressing structural inequality and promoting social justice through learning and collaboration. With over 15 years’ teaching, training and facilitating experience across six countries, Sheza has worked on several educational community-funded projects with young people and staff, supporting them to create change in their schools and organisations. In her role at EqualiTeach, she has collaborated on the creation of several learning resources for educators to improve equality and promote inclusiveness in their communities and is increasingly focussed on grassroots activism in her local area of Hackney.
