Kirsty Ruthven is the Head of Education at Lifting Limits, a charity that provides educators with the skills and resources to recognise, challenge and correct gender bias in schools and in the wider world.

An experienced school leader and advisor, she is studying for her Doctorate in Education at Roehampton University.

She loves teaching part time in a wonderful school nursery in London and getting to play all day!
